Monarch was drawn from a single conviction — that a house on the edge of the continent should feel weightless. Cantilevered terraces reach past the cliff line. Full-height glass dissolves the wall between the living room and the horizon. Every residence is oriented to the arc of the setting sun, with kitchens, primary suites, and bedrooms all turned toward the water. This is not density. It is deliberate scarcity.

Every interior begins with the glass. Floor-to-ceiling openings pull the horizon indoors, and the rooms are finished in a restrained palette — honed stone, warm oak, bronze — surfaces chosen to hold the changing light of the day rather than compete with the view.
Double-height glass and a fireplace anchor the principal room, so the terrace, the living space, and the ocean read as one continuous plane.

You enter to the west and the whole ocean arrives at once. The living and dining room runs the full width of the glass wall, opening onto the wraparound terrace through sliding panels that stack away entirely.
The kitchen sits behind, anchored by a stone island and a concealed pantry. The primary suite claims its own corner with an ensuite, walk-in dressing, and private terrace access; two further bedrooms — one easily a study — share the quieter eastern edge.

Cliffside Point sits at the last turn of the coast road, where the headland folds away and the ocean opens without interruption. There are no neighbours above you — only sky. Below, a protected cove the residents share with no one but the tide. Every home faces west, out over the water.
The nearest township is nine minutes by car; the private airfield, twenty. Close enough to arrive. Far enough to disappear.
The collection is sited along a single cliff edge, staggered so no residence shares a sightline with another. The coast road arrives from the west; the cove and the open ocean lie to the east and south.
